**Job summary**:
In tight collaboration with colleagues and external partners, ensure that the Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection newbuilds are delivered according to specification, design and the highest industry standards expected for an ultra luxury guest experience

**Essential functions**
- Manage the technical disciplines of machinery, piping, HVAC and electrical
- Close and daily collaboration with other newbuild project disciplines such as design, hotel and other technical disciplines
- Develop and manage strong working relationships with the relevant yard discipline project managers, relevant colleagues in marine and hotel operations, and external partners such as Class and consultants
- Manage a team that may consist of superintendents, consultants and startup team from Operations
- Close follow up of the newbuild design and production process by walkthroughs, managing inspection
- and drawing approval processes, close tracking of quality and production KPIs, defining actions and ensuring following up.
