**CDI_Ocupational & Residential Safety Expert (F/H/NB)**

**Localisation : Lyon ou Sophia Antipolis**

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and report occupational and residential exposure/risk assessments in the form of expert summaries for dossiers and position papers
- Provide planning, scheduling and cost estimation for all relevant studies and dossiers, track their progress and ensure that they are initiated on time and meet the demands of authorities
- Plan and monitor dermal absorption studies performed by external partners and be a core contact for dermal absorption studies in the team
- Develop global strategies for new and existing plant protection products
- Provide scientific support for human risk assessment modeling and drive the development of new/refined models for internal and external risk assessments
- Participate in and independently lead interdisciplinary projects or initiatives as well as contribute to a wide range of issues and act cross-functionally to effectively achieve solutions
- Advocate for a science
- and risk-based approach on non-dietary safety worldwide through trustful relationships with authorities and key opinion leaders and represent Bayer in industry association groups where opportunities arise

WHO YOU ARE
- PhD in toxicology chemistry, biology, agronomy or related science or equivalent professional experience
- Strong experience in risk assessment
- Digital mindset and experience in data analysis or predictive modelling
- Profound knowledge of national, European and international regulatory guidelines, criteria and processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in international teams
- Passion for developing and implementing innovative ideas and creative concepts
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
