Senior Product Manager

**Sweep is hiring a **Senior Product Manager** **to help plan, build and turbocharge the Sweep Platform that helps companies reduce their emissions.**:

**Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?**:
At Sweep, product development is a highly collaborative effort between engineering, design, and our customer-facing teams. From articulating ideas to shipping them as final product features, you'll be planning and coordinating, making sure all stakeholders are contributing at the top of their game.

As a member of the Product team in charge of growing the Sweep Platform, you'll be expected to:
**1. Be a catalyst for product development at Sweep**
- Take ownership of the product roadmap, strategy, and vision for our B2B SaaS platform, focusing on driving growth and achieving business objectives
- Conduct extensive market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements and system integrations
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver innovative product features and improvements
- Assess tradeoffs, with engineering simplicity, design consistency and the user's needs in mind. You'll need to make sure that everything is moving forward in a timely and effective manner

**2. Put the customer at the centre of everything**
- Advocate for simplicity, usability, and customer-centric design in every project and discussion
- Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement of the platform's user experience.
- Work with our product marketing & success teams to launch new products and features to market and help with the creation and maintenance of documentation, guides, and tutorials

**3. Build processes that allow us to scale**
- Write product specifications and document learnings that allow us to keep things sane and coordinated as we scale our teams

**Qualifications**

**Strong needs**
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2+ years on B2B SaaS solution
- Use data to drive decision-making
- Develop product strategy and KPIs
- Understand engineering and communicate effectively with engineering leads
- Able to make decisions and thrive in an iterative environment
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Proven ability to coordinate across remote teams

**Cherry on the cake**
- A good understanding of the corporate climate space
- Experience as a Platform Product Manager
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment
- Background in Software Development and/or experience working with an open-source product
