**Purpose**
Develop, qualify and maintain manufacturing/measurement processes that guarantee the functionality and quality of the product, as well as the industrial performance of the associated operations.
**Your Missions**
Guarantee product specifications at each stage.
Implement SPC (Statistical Process Control) and FDC (Fault Detection Classification) controls for the processes/measurements under his/her responsibility.
Guarantee the processing of non-compliant batches in progress and the diagnosis of processes/measurements.
Analyze performance and quality detractors of the processes/measurements under his/her responsibility. Design and implement avenues for improvement
Maintain or improve production/measurement recipes by ensuring that industrial parameters are maintained (process speeds/measurement speed, time dedicated to engineering, set-up time, characterization time).
Duplicate characterization means (types of measurement and sampling) on the processes/measurements under his/her responsibility.
Develop and maintain up-to-date production documentation relating to the processes/measurements under his/her responsibility.
Contribute to the AMDEC, 8D and MRB relating to the processes/measurements of his/her sector.
Actively participate in the preparation of internal or external audits.
Provide training relating to the processes/measurements under his/her responsibility (in particular for technicians, new arrivals, Production Agents, etc.)
Contribute to the development and implementation of the technical strategy of his/her sector.
Carry out the transfer of the processes/measurements under his/her responsibility from or to other X-FAB sites.
**Your Profile**
Training: Engineering school, Master or Doctorate
Languages: English & French Fluent
Experience: You have experience in semiconductor processes. You know how to characterize the different
materials deposited. You have skills in SPC, FDC/APC, DOE.
Rigorous and autonomous, you have a strong taste for the field and dynamic environments. Your sense of communication and your adaptability will allow you to integrate quickly into our teams.
You will work in an international environment and will have contacts with colleagues or suppliers based abroad
Passionate, you are ready to take on challenges as a team and you want to participate in the development of tomorrow's automotive technologies.
