**About the job**
We are seeking a Social Media Expert to lead the development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy that will increase AXA Group Operations' brand recognition and reputation, both internally and externally. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the social media accounts and platforms of AXA Group Operations Company and leaders (mainly ExCom members) and animating a community of ambassadors.
**Main missions**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for AXA Group Operations, in collaboration with the rest of the Communication team, to support business objectives, increase awareness of AXA GO positioning and foster employee engagement and pride.
- Manage and coordinate the social media accounts of AXA Group COO / AXA GO CEO and ExCom members, ensuring that the content is engaging and is in alignment with the overall communications strategy.
- Monitor and analyze social media data, provide regular dashboards, reports and insights to inform about the social media strategy and optimize content and platforms usage.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop social media campaigns, offerings, and initiatives in line with the brand's messaging and positioning.
- Help identify key opinion leaders, influencers, and ambassadors across AXA Group Operations - and the Group as needed - and engage them in order to make the community of ambassadors grows and advocates of the AXA brand on Tech, Data, Ops and Security.
- Contribute to foster engagement on internal social media and platforms, taking part to editorial activities and proofreading (articles, newsletter, etc.)
- Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to create engaging content that supports the company's goals, values, and messaging.
- Ensure social media policies are adhered to and provide guidance to the wider AXA team on correct usage of social media.
**Expected skills & experience**
**Experience**
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields, with proven expertise.
- Knowledge of newsroom, social media trends, reputation & influence management
- Proper stakeholder management skills to ensure collaboration across functions and regions and a strong alignment of messages.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Native English speaker with fluency in other languages; French is a must.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in analyzing social media data.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Mainly LinkedIn, but also Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. to leverage Group Channel) and content creation platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant tools.
- Experience /training in project management (planning, budgeting, Excel, WSS, etc.),
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
