Chief Stew

We are looking for a M/Y Mangusta 120 based in Marseille, a Chief Stew in charge of the team of stewardess while ensuring maintenance and excellent service on board.

The boat is used for private purposes only.

Permanent contract with start date in April.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervision of the team of 2 hostesses
- Coordination and distribution of work
- Participate in on-board maintenance (cabins and common areas)
- Supervise the management of the linen room (washing, ironing and tidying)
- Management of the table service (table setting, decoration, table service, etc.)
- Control and inventory of stocks (linens, dishes, products, etc.)
- Take care of the floral decoration
- Interface with the captain and the Chef
- Response to requests from the shipowner and his family

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Up-to-date navigation certificates
- Dynamic, versatile, pleasant person with very good interpersonal skills
- Managerial skills to manage a small team
- Mastery of Silver Service
- Spoken English/French or English/Italian or English/Russian
