**About The Job**
**Responsibilities**
- Create, capture and edit original videos for the brand, using creative storytelling and editing to produce the best possible content.
- Capture interview, and short form video content, as well as basic photo needs, both in the studio and on location with a variety of video elements including voice-overs, graphics and teases.
- Create and implement graphics, color grade, sound mix, finalize, export, and upload video content
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media (photographers, graphic designers)
- Obsess over optimizing content for best performance on owned and operated and third party platforms and especially on social platforms like - Instagram, Instagram Story, IGTV, Tik Tok, Facebook...
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
- Strong technical skills: experience in video production/video editing Social optimized (Facebook, Facebook Watch, TikTok, IG TV, Reels and YouTube) experience preferred
- Strong computer skills: experience with the Adobe Creative Suite focusing on Premiere, After Effects, and Media Encoder (some graphic design experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills : excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail are a must
- Excellent analytical skills : familiarity with video metrics across all social media platforms
- Strong problem-solving skills
