As a **Store Supervisor M/W**, you will manage the store as a leader and will play a key role as a true ambassador representing and selling our products and brands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bring the best service to our customers (B2C & B2b): you welcome, advise and sell our technical products to our customers, being able to propose our sales promotions and innovation.
- Optimize inventory management
- Lead a team of collaborators by training, providing daily support and organizing the activity of the store.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures (security, cleanliness, reporting, inventories, etc.),
- Analyze and monitor the economic performance indicators of your Store in order to develop its turnover and help maximize its profitability.

**Qualifications**
- A diploma in direct sales is an advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail activities, ideally acquired in Business to Business
- Knowledge of specialized distribution on materials market, paintings or coatings would be a serious advantage
- Speaking French fluently is required
- We wait from you a spirit of initiative, rigor and good sales and communication skills to manage the store with autonomy and trust
