**The context**:
You will work on the development of iControl, a CMA CGM tool to centralized rules (from Legal’s, countries specificities or CMA CGM group’s policies to customer preferences)
This product is already used by almost all of CMA CGM departments to create specifics rules to manage the risks and exception (Ethics and Compliance, Documentation, Credit Management, Lines,..).
Target is too be the unique referential on process exceptions thorough all transactional process and tool needs to be interfaced accordingly by an experienced expert.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Responsible to improve the tool in term of functionality and new technology.
Animate workshop with business stakeholders to define the requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders on business and non-functional requirements to ensure requirements are gathered and well documented
Lead discussion with IT architect to identify appropriate business IT/solutions, establish scope and timeline
Perform analysis, functional documentation, testing and support deployment
Proactive communications and status update in the department and to business stakeholders
Manage with IT that the scope and timeline are respected with a good quality of delivery
**Minimum Requirements**:
Good knowledge on new technology, workflow tool management and iControl tool will be an added value
Knowledge/experience of 10 years in the Shipping/Pricing/logistics/ industry will be advantageous
