**Description du poste**:
Notre cabinet recherche pour l'un de nos clients, leader international

dans la livraison de colis, un CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS MANAGER H/F,

BASÉ(E) À ISSY-LES-MOULINEAUX (92).
- 2 jours de télétravail sont possibles.

Les clients de l'entreprise sont les principaux acteurs de leur

industrie. Ils sont divisés en 6 marchés : commerce électronique,

industrie, mode, vêtements de sport, haute technologie, santé.

VOUS OCCUPEZ UN POSTE DE COORDINATION DE PROJETS

D'EXPÉDITION/LIVRAISON COMPLEXES À L'INTERNATIONAL, DES

DÉPLACEMENTS SONT À PRÉVOIR.

VOUS AVEZ LES RESPONSABILITÉS SUIVANTES:

- Accompagner les responsables des comptes stratégiques et les

Business Units : Fournir un soutien technique aux gestionnaires de

comptes stratégiques pour améliorer l'expérience client. Trouver

des solutions ad hoc pour les demandes spécifiques des clients (mise

en place informatique, service client, opérations).
- Gestion des Projets Clients du démarrage au suivi Client:
Comprendre et qualifier les besoins des clients. Déterminer la

solution et le plan d'action appropriés Coordonner transversalement

et suivre le démarrage et le déploiement des solutions proposées.

Analyser les améliorations opérationnelles et gérer les plans d'actions correctives (amélioration opérationnelle, TI, ajustement des processus, etc.). Rédiger, mettre à jour des documents de connaissance client (Standard Operational Procedures).
- Gestion de la performance : Suivi des demandes des Key Account Managers et des clients. Mettre à jour les indicateurs clients. Présenter les résultats.

**Description du profil**:

- LA MAITRISE DE L'ANGLAIS EST OBLIGATOIRE. UNE DEUXIÈME LANGUE

EUROPÉENNE EST APPRÉCIÉE.
- Vous avez au moins 5 à 10 ans d'expérience sur un poste

similaire.
- Vous êtes issu(e) d'un milieu similaire : service de livraison,

transport, supply chain...
- Vous avez l'habitude de la gestion de projet dans des contextes

internationaux.
