Position Summary
The Field Application Engineer leads the Process needs of customers for Chemical Mechanical Planarization and for Bevel Polish. These needs can be : Process Acceptance on new or refurb tool, Process Development through a Join Development Program and Process Support in the framework of troubleshooting or Constant Improvement Program for both processes (Bevel and CMP).

The job
In this position, you will:

- Lead Process Development for CMP and Bevel and report to customer and EBARA Corporation
- Provide Process Technical expertise in order to improve customers Process indicators or solve process issues
- Support Sales Account Manager
- Plan and coordinate Preventive Maintenance with Customer, EBARA Corporation and Technical Support Team.
- Drive customer Specific Project.
- Manage the Quality: Drive 8D and Lesson Learnt - Lean Management
- Write and manage procedures in the Spectrum of the job
- Drive and manage conference calls and meetings with Customers or/and with Ebara Corporation
- Report Hardware or Software issues and execute first level troubleshooting with Technical Support Team.
- Work remotely efficiently with the Team
- Report weekly to the Systems Application Supervisor
- Define, propose, lead and execute Design Of Experiments according to process request

**Profile**:
You have the following background and skills:

- Material or electrical engineering degree or equivalent with 3+years of experience
- Experience in Process Integration and Chemical Mechanical Planarization Process
- Experience on Metrology, Characterization equipment is a plus
- Strong analytical and Project Management skills
- Strong communication capability
- Customer oriented
- Fluency in English language
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%)
