Sample Desk Officer

**Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate Sample Desk Operations**:Act as a central point of contact for Product Management, Marketing, and Customer requests, ensuring smooth communication and workflow between departments.
- **Oversee Assembly and Test Requests**:Manage and track requests for product assembly and testing at the production site to ensure timely delivery.
- **Support Customer Design Activities**:Assist customers by organizing chip deliveries and addressing their specific needs to meet project requirements.
- **Assist Development Team**:Coordinate the production of qualification lots and prototypes by managing orders with the wafer fabrication and assembly centers.
- **Maintain Production Database**:Regularly update and maintain the production database to ensure accurate tracking of activities and resources.
- **Autonomous Activity Planning**:Take full responsibility for planning and organizing your daily tasks, working independently with mínimal supervision.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong Planning Skills**:Ability to effectively create and manage schedules.
- **Excellent Communication**:Clear and effective communication skills to work with various teams and stakeholders.
- **Proficient in English**:Ability to communicate professionnaly in English, both written and spoken.
