Within this Department, you will be part of the Security Team

Security Team defines the security strategy, practical means and provides assurance on the GIE AXA security maturity. This is accomplished through four strategic levers:

- Safe: It is about our people, have them ready to face security challenges
- Secure: Secure the business of today and tomorrow, by increasing security effectiveness and provide practical means to deliver a risk-based approach for all entities.
- Resilient: Enhance anticipation, detection, and reaction capabilities & security by design - Simple: Simplify, converge, and automate our services and activities

**Your job and daily missions**:
**JOB PURPOSE**
- Serve as a key advisor to Executive Committee on security matters, including Information Security, Operational Resilience and Physical Security
- Act as a leader to drive security in terms of assessment, risk appetite, reporting and promotion in an entity to advise and challenge businesses.
- Drive cultural and organizational change throughout the GIE AXA/ AXA SA and implement a sustainable security function including the three pillars of Security.
- Lead the implementation of the Security Operating Model, agreed between Group CSO and CEO, in line with Group guidelines.
- Lead, develop and deploy a portfolio of security projects for the GIE AXA/AXA SA

**DIMENSION**

Management of 10 collaborators and approx. 20 externals.

**CONTEXT AND MAJOR CHALLENGES**

Main challenges are to drive several responsibilities with the same level of excellence and add value for GIE AXA:

- maintaining best in class delivery through leadership and appropriate human resources management
- aligning local strategic objectives to group ones in a ONE AXA mindset
- driving efficiency and identifying new ideas to maximize the saving potential.
- Interacting with a wide range of counterparts

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Security Strategy and Compliance**:

- Ensure that security (Information Security, Operational Resilience, and Physical Security) within GIE AXA/AXA SA is relevant, cost-effective, and aligns with the Group Security Strategy.
- Serve as an expert advisor in the implementation and maintenance of security.
- Ensure local compliance with security standards, instructions, and strategic initiatives.

**Risk Management and Analysis**:

- Identify and analyze security risks, recommend appropriate mitigation options, and document all components in clear, business-intelligible language.
- Maintain an understanding of emerging technology, risks, and industry trends.
- Assess the impact on the business environment and recommend appropriate mitigation actions or the prioritization of projects and investments.

**Crisis Management and Security Projects**:

- Coordinate the Crisis Management Team and set expectations.
- Lead, develop, and deploy a portfolio of security projects for the local entity.
- Oversee the execution of security projects.

**Security Incident Management and Assurance**:

- Monitor and maintain system confidentiality, integrity, and availability and manage security incidents (analysis, tracking, and communications).
- Undertake assurance to validate the effectiveness of local security activities and controls.

**Security Culture and Budget Management**:

- Promote a culture of security and raise awareness.
- Ensure the development and maintenance of auditable processes to enforce consistency within the local entity.
- Develop, track, and control local security budgets in agreement with the CIO and the Group CSO.
