**Post description** Role in Alcatel Submarine Networks**

The Customer Services Coordinator is a position within the Commercial Services Directorate that assist the Regional Services Commercial team on its activity.

The main mission is to provide support to Commercial team and the Marketing & Sales team. He is also the primary point of contact on the CRM interface. In a second step Customer Services Coordinator will be the direct commercial interface for all offers related to hardware activities (Supply & Repair). He will also keep up to date some internal commercial tools.

The Customer Services Coordinator could also to be required to take the commercial responsibility of post PA contracts.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide support to Commercial team: CRM, internal tools update.
- Built commercial offers for hardware parts and hardware repair activity.
- Assist Regional Services Commercial on a different activity.
- Assist Sales & Marketing-Technical Bids for Services offers evaluations.
- Reports Sales activity to VP Services
- Interface with PMO Services for reporting purpose
- Manage DR6 announcement on ASN portfolio product.

**Wanted profil** Skills**:

- Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project
- Ability to analyze & synthesis data.
- Ability to provide reports with high accuracy.
- Ability for teamwork and to share information.
- Rigor & reactivity
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of Alcatel Submarine Network products
- Commercial skill
- experience in international contracts (legal aspects, terms & conditions, financing, risk analysis and mitigation)

**Experience**:

- 5 years’ experience in a similar activity
- Technical & Commercial activity
- Data analysis
