We are looking for:

- A product and market junior apprentice within the Beauty Care Global marketing team
- As part of the global marketing team in Aubervilliers, you will take the role of junior product and market manager. In this position, you will work with segment managers (hair care, skin care, skin cleansing) in the development of marketing tools in different markets such as baby care, sun care or scalp care but also formulary concept and routine creation. This involves beauty care market analysis, identification of the latest trends, collection of customer needs and coordination with R&I teams....
- You will also have specific missions on certain product ranges in order to discover the role of product manager and the management of product life cycle.

We count on you for:

- Participation in the development of marketing materials: marketing tools as
- Market analysis: monitoring specific markets evolution, trends, offers and competition
- Assist product managers with the operational monitoring of launches and marketing operations.
- Performance objectives: (what success looks like, highlight challenges and expected outcomes)
- Assist the global marketing team on developing appealing marketing tools and products to answer market needs.

- Master Bac +4/5 - Cosmetics Formulation et marketing
- Ability to generate relevant content with synthesis capabilities and efficient communication skills
- Scientific and technical background in chemistry ,formulation, consumer markets particularly in beauty care
- Excellent initiative, autonomy and enthusiasm
- Passionate by the beauty care market
- Teamwork
