This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Clinical Operations. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

**Main Responsibilities**
- **_Lead and coordinate_**_ execution with internal teams, including Medical Directors and Clinical Development leaders._
- **_Validate and monitor_**_ CRO project plans, ensuring alignment with study objectives and risk mitigation strategies._
- **_Ensure compliance_**_ with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), local regulations, and internal guidelines._
- **_Facilitate communication_**_ and collaboration between internal teams, CROs, and investigators._
- **_Manage and guide_**_ cross-functional clinical teams and external service providers._
- **_Supervise study operations_**_, from startup to completion, including feasibility assessments, site selection, and regulatory processes._
- **_Monitor and control_**_ trial budgets, vendor selection, and contract negotiations._
- **_Track and report_**_ study progress, addressing deviations and ensuring high-quality data._
- **_Support quality assurance_**_, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across clinical projects_

- **Languages**: English mandatory
