We are looking for an experienced **HSE Manager** to join our team in Pontivy. In this role, you will lead and develop our Health, Safety and Environmental strategy on site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards while driving a culture of safety and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement and manage HSE policies, procedures, and compliance with French regulations.- Carry out risk assessments, inspections, and audits, and implement action plans.- Monitor safety and environmental performance indicators.- Lead and support employees on HSE awareness and best practices.- Manage relationships with external authorities, certification bodies, and occupational health services.- Oversee maintenance of safety equipment and industrial waste management.- Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

**About You**:
- Degree in HSE or Risk Governance (DUT to Engineering level).- Several years’ experience in an HSE role within an industrial environment.- Strong knowledge of French labour and environmental law.- Experienced with ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standards.- Excellent communication, influencing and training skills.- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.- Fluent in English and French.

This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the Site Operations Director, with the opportunity to shape and strengthen our safety and sustainability culture.
