- The Performance Media Lead (Europe) is responsible for the planning, briefing, execution, optimisation and reporting of Paid Media. Primarily covering the France, Spain and Germany regions, the role is critical to commercial success. The Performance Media Lead (Europe) has a core objective of achieving ARR targets and is the key handoff between Marketing & Sales.

**Responsabilités principales**
- Ensuring seamless execution of Paid Media plans in Europe and driving optimisation process via agency stakeholders.
Writing briefs for Paid Media agency teams covering Europe and overseeing the end-to-end planning process.
Delivering performance reporting on a set cadence to ensure visibility of Performance Media KPIs.
Managing the agency relationship across Europe, building trust and cohesion to function as a single unit.
Managing key internal Sage stakeholders and building relationships, notably European Performance Marketing Leads.
Dealing with escalations relating to performance and/or service levels to minimise disruption to the business.
