Snowpack is an invisibility overlay network based on three CEA patents, which revolutionizes data transfer security and anonymization and the trust digital security paradigm. Communications rely on two principles: users define and build anonymous routes using S-nodes (Snowpack relay servers); data are anonymized (no IP address), split into snowflakes (anonymised secure noise) and sent through a secret-sharing scheme so that no server or relay can attack the content. As a result, users do not need to trust the infrastructure anymore (i.e. security services, technology providers, underlying hardware & software infrastructure or even Snowpack).

Your job will consist on:

- Maintain the Snowpack Overlay Network (SNO)
- Develop tools to facilitate SNO management (audit tools, nodes automatic generation, SOC development, cloud provider compatibility)
- Maintain and install tools to facilitate development of SNO (GitLab CI / proxmox or openstack servers/ Integration test suite ) and employee tools (visio, cloud,)
- Deploy POC to demonstrate Snowpack easy integration in cloud provider marketplaces
- Be part of the network certification preparation process by being rigorous on the testing and quality aspects of the code.

**Profile**:

- Min: 2y. experience in DevOps
- Experience with cloud architecture, virtualisation infrastructure
- Scripting development languages
- Proficient with Git, continuous integration and software testing
- Good cybersecurity knowledge
- Comfortable with team development
- Autonomous and rigorous
- Start-up spirit (high-growth and DIY environment)
- Creative mindset

Practical information

Snowpack premises are currently located at Nano-Innov (2 Boulevard Thomas Gobert, 91120 Palaiseau) in the joint location of CEA List on the “Plateau de Saclay”. The position includes the possibility of working remotely part of the time.
