L’équipe Ressources Humaines de la Business Europe Afrique du Club Med recherche son/sa nouveau(elle) **HR Coordinator & Talent Acquisition.**

**Recrutement international**:

- Réaliser le sourcing / approches directes
- Mener les entretiens de recrutement
- Rédiger les promesses d’embauche
- Suivre l’intégration des nouveaux embauchés
- Participer au développement de la marque employeur dans les différents pays
- Réaliser une veille concurrentielle des dernières innovations RH en matière de recrutement
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance lié au recrutement et à l’intégration

**Projets RH**:

- Intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Engagement survey
- Bien-être au travail (benchmark avantages sociaux)

**Profil**:
Expérience dans le domaine RH de deux ans minimum idéalement dans un contexte international
- Capacité d’écoute - Confidentialité et bienveillance
- Grande rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Agilité et réactivité - force de proposition
- Compréhension des enjeux business - Orienté(e) Solutions et Optimisation
- Autonomie
- Communication assertive
- Français courant (écrit et oral), anglais courant (écrit et oral), une troisième langue est un atout
- Maîtrise des techniques de recrutement
- Maîtrise des méthodes de gestion de projet
- Très bonne maîtrise Excel et PowerPoint
- La connaissance du SIRH Workday est un plus
