Dataiku is looking for a Senior Solution Data Scientist specialized in accelerating onboarding from legacy analytical tools such as SAS and Alteryx. In this role, the Senior Solution Data Scientist will focus on creating and scaling a strong range of solutions and capabilities dedicated to these initiatives. The Senior Solution Data Scientist will notably work in close collaboration with partners on the development and review of specialized assets, and will interact closely with key customers on supporting their analytical modernization as part of our service offers. The Senior Solution Data Scientist will also contribute to other key team programs, such as the development of our Governance Solutions, and more. This role will be run in tight partnership with the rest of the Business Solutions team, and all other Dataiku teams, including Sales, Customer Management, Services, Product, and R&D.
**What you'll do**:
- Work tightly with the Sales and Partner teams to build a strong catalog of assets dedicated to these initiatives. This roadmap will be fuelled by a variety of signals, including market evolutions, emergence of new technologies such as Generative AI, partner and customer requests for specific needs or practices modernizations, and successful service deliveries.
- Own the building and delivery of a range of solutions and initiatives, from ideation to full delivery. The Senior Solution Data Scientist is entrusted with all activities from scoping to packaging of the final product, including specifications, implementation of accelerators and user interfaces, delivered alone or with the Solution Engineering team. As part of these activities, the Senior Solution Data Scientist will work closely with all co-building partners, run detailed workshops to refine scope understanding, manage detailed research activities, and produce all needed documentation to deliver scalable, easy-to-use assets.
- Be a key stakeholder in the initial roll-out of resulting Solutions in the market: demos, implementations, partner training, marketing, enablement of all other Dataiku team members (ie, Data Scientists, Sales Engineering,).
- Act as a go-to-person on migration topics for Dataiku, supporting go-to-market activities from pre-sales to adoption as needed.
- Be an active member of Dataiku's Solutions Engineering group: support building of our overall engineering roadmap, contribute to capitalization and technical research for the team, own key transversal projects, and more. Be eager to embrace newer technologies such as Generative AI and integrate them.
**Who you are**:
**Essential Experience**:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI/ML projects from conception to production at scale. Python development skills with extensive experience in data ETL, cleaning, and feature engineering
- Proven track record of independently scoping, managing, and delivering data science projects. Ideally, migration expertise with legacy analytical tools (SAS, Alteryx preferred) and a deep understanding of their data structures and workflows

- Solution development experience, including creating visualizations, building integrations, and developing modular components

- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt technical depth for diverse audiences (from executives to technical teams)
