Worldwide, Kayrros provides the United Nations UNEP International Methane Emissions Observatory IMEO with realtime methane emissions data at point source level, creating a feedback loop to detect, attribute and fix methane emissions for the first time in history.

**About the role: Product Manager Sustainable Finance, Kayrros**

Kayrros technology is now used by early adopters in the finance community to assess the reality of green claims in sustainability linked instruments. Traditional ESG monitoring technologies are proving largely ineffective as recent publications have reported. Satellite imaging technology, used to monitor the green objectives of bonds and loans in realtime, is the only technology able to rebuild trust in green or sustainable finance.

Sustainable finance continues to have profound implications for the global investment community as the world looks to move to cleaner sources of power generation. Our customers will use the Kayrros products to decarbonize their portfolios, reduce their overall CO2 footprints, protect ecosystems and assets, and change the global energy mix.

As the Green Finance Product Manager, you will play a substantial role in creating, overseeing, and executing the product roadmap for the green and sustainable finance offerings of Kayrros, rebuilding much-needed trust in green and sustainable Finance and enabling the channeling of money to projects that really matter from a climate standpoint.

The role includes the design of our digital product offerings and the oversight of the delivery of products that bring tangible value to our customers. You will engage with the sustainable finance global ecosystem to design data products that fit market needs and that our technology platform can deliver. You will work with different business functions such as engineering, marketing and sales to design and execute a customer-centric roadmap of data products with a focus on financial markets.

The role will be tasked with discovery of problems around sustainable finance and will leverage the company’s geospatial technology to help solve these problems. This role will test a hypothesis with MVPs, define an addressable market, and deliver a plan to target specific users with a unique selling proposition.

**Qualifications**:

- You have a deep understanding of, and be passionate about the finance sector and green finance in particular.
- Education: Masters or PhD.
- You understand and appreciate existing and upcoming regulatory frameworks around sustainable finance (SLBs, SLLs, TCFD, TNFD, CSRD, taxonomy, SFDR, Data Gaps Initiative, carbon accounting ).
- You have 5-10+ years product management experience preferably at a commodity information, utility, oil/gas, consulting or financial institution.
- You have an analytical mindset and can solve problems independently.
- You are able to demonstrate experience of successful delivery on scope, in time, and on budget.
- You are dynamic, curious, and eager to see the energy industry in ways you would have not thought of.
- You are interested in how machine learning, artificial intelligence, and satellite technology can bring value to the world’s sustainability journey.
- As a plus, you can read Python notebooks to interact with our data scientists.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with existing customers and market participants globally to solicit product feedback and determine industry trends and pain points to refine a product roadmap.
- Work closely with the engineering team to help drive innovative design and technology solutions to deliver world class product offerings.
- Ensure senior management are kept well informed, and be prepared to discuss in detail the roadmaps from any of the product offerings covered by the role.
- Engage and ensure the team are engaging with customers and analyze customer feedback and product usage in order to feedback implications to overall product roadmap.

**The Team**: As part of the Kayrros product management team you will manage the sustainable finance product portfolio and help drive alignment with stakeholders in sales, marketing, technology and the broader product management group.
