**Financial Analyst**
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. Under the guidance of our new CFO, the Finance function is undergoing a transformation to better serve the needs of our growing and increasingly strategic business. This role will offer the Finance Analyst a unique opportunity to shape and influence how Finance best supports our organization.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial statement analysis, variance analysis, and profitability analysis. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of budgets and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Presentation and Communication: Prepare clear and compelling presentations, financial reports, and dashboards to effectively communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives and support business growth.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient financial processes and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
