**YOUR FUTURE TEAM**
Dayuse is looking for its next **Marketing & Communication Intern to join its Marketing & Brand team in Paris.**
You will join a dynamic and versatile team that is a **true pillar of Dayuse's growth in the B2B market**. You will report to Sara, our Marketing Manager B2B, whose strategic marketing role covers Dayuse’s entire B2B marketing strategy — from acquiring new partners to engaging and retaining our existing network
**The team's goal is to strengthen Dayuse's brand awareness among global hospitality leaders and generate business opportunities** through relevant content and impactful campaigns.
**YOUR IMPACT**
We are looking to go beyond simple copywriting to enhance our B2B marketing strategy. That's where you come in. As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you won't just be a content creator, but a true B2B marketing and communication project manager.
Your mission will be to take the lead on our content production for hospitality professionals. With your organizational skills and creativity, you will structure our editorial calendar, coordinate the creation of assets with our teams (creative, sales), and deploy campaigns that will have a direct impact on our brand image and growth.
**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY MISSIONS**
**B2B**:
- **Manage the B2B editorial calendar**(blog, social media) and ensure a consistent publishing schedule.
- **Develop our employer brand on LinkedIn** by creating engaging content that showcases our culture, values, and teams.
- **Create impactful B2B content**: research new high-quality content ideas, write blog articles, sales presentations, case studies, newsletters, and content for our website partners' pages.
- **Manage projects from A to Z**: collaborate with our creative team to produce visuals and videos, and oversee their distribution.
- **Contribute to internal communication** by assisting in writing content (newsletters, announcements) to foster cohesion among our international teams.
- **Conduct strategic monitoring of hospitality and communication industry trends** to inform our content strategy.
- **Analyze the performance of your actions** to identify areas for optimization.
**B2C**:
- ** Daily community management** using Meta Business Suite, including responding to private messages and comments on organic posts and ads.
- Occasional **proofreading and editing of various materials**, including UGC briefs for English-speaking creators, miscellaneous content, and social media captions (TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Occasional B2C content publishing.
- **End-to-end planning and management of content creator shoots in Asian markets** (Hong Kong & Singapore), including: securing hotel approval, sourcing and selecting creators, drafting creative briefs, managing contracts, and overseeing payment processing.
**YOUR GOALS FOR A SUCCESSFUL START**
**_ Within 1 month:_** You will have mastered our tools, be fully immersed in the team and the quarter's challenges, and have planned the content calendar for the upcoming months.
**_ Within 3 months:_** You will have taken full ownership of content production, from concept to publication, and will launch the first campaigns for our B2B partners' pages.
**_ Within 6 months:_** You will have deployed a structured B2B editorial calendar, established an effective publishing rhythm on our blog, and be actively contributing to the creation of strategic materials for the Sales team.
**ABOUT YOU**
- You are a Master's degree student (in business, communication, or marketing) with significant initial experience (internship or work-study) in marketing or communication.
- You have excellent writing skills in English (a fluent and professional level is expected).
- With a strong aptitude for project management, you are known for your great autonomy, organizational skills, and proactivity.
- Creative and resourceful, you enjoy finding solutions and making a measurable impact.
- Previous experience with a CMS (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
- Most importantly, you identify with our company culture founded on plurality, ambition, merit, humility, and service excellence.
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- Contract: Full-time, 6-month internship agreement (convention de stage required).
- Start Date: As soon as possible.
- Compensation: €1000 gross per month.
