The Challenge
Rattaché au Responsable du service après-vente, vos missions consistent principalement:
- à gérer les demandes de garantie et de réparation de produits suivant les procédures d’entreprise
Principales Responsabilités:
- Traiter dans les délais impartis les retours des produits dans le cadre d’une prise sous garantie ou d’une réparation
- Vérifier, enregistrer, reporter les réclamations de garantie clients, via les logiciels informatiques et selon les procédures de SHIMANO
- Collecter et analyser les retours clients et transmettre au besoin les informations aux responsables qualité SHIMANO Europe
- Apporter un soutien technique en interne (marketing, ventes) et en externe (clients)
- Participer aux formations techniques et évènements au siège et à travers la France
- Participer aux réunions d’informations techniques organisées par SHIMANO Europe et SHIMANO Japon.
What are we looking for?
- Bac à Bac+2, orientation technique et informatique
- Connaissances techniques en mécanique vélo et pêche
- Anglais nécessaire écrit et oral
- Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux, organisé et autonome.
- Vous avez un esprit d’équipe et d’entraide ainsi que le sens du service clients.
- Idéalement vous êtes pratiquant du cyclisme ou de la pêche
