As a **Senior Recruiter with French**, you will assist Hiring Managers in filling open positions at **Carrier in France** by offering expert guidance and ensuring quality throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering excellent recruitment services and following the established service agreements. This role requires to use recruitment technology tools and manage end-to-end processes. You’ll engage directly with the client where you will give expert advice and manage their expectations at every stage of the hiring process.

**Location**:**Lyon, France (hybrid).

**Key Accountabilities**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of roles
- Facilitating the Interview and selection processes
- Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in a timely manner
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning and job specification
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
- Participating in market mapping projects and leading Employer Branding initiatives

**Skills & Experience**:
**You’ll need to demonstrate**:

- Experience in leading end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in recruiting for technical, engineering or manufacturing roles for the French market is desirable
- Business fluency in French and English, both spoken and written is a must
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases and ATS
- Consultative recruitment, detail-oriented approach
