**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Client Advisors to deliver the highest performance through a customer centric attitude
- Strong expertise on KPI’s and ability to propose action plans to reach the targets
- Support and maintain standards set by the Training, Operations and Clienteling Department
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years sales management experience in luxury fashion environment
- Able to identify business trends, analysing reports and KPI’s, entrepreneurial approach expected
- Leading by example, hands on approach and proactive attitude
**Offering**:
- Salary up to €60K depending on experience
