Lab Technician Compound Management

We are looking for a **Compound Management Laboratory Technician - Romainville, FR**

Our compound management department is responsible for the E2E management of the Galapagos Compound Collection, including the storage, creating solutions, and plating as well as the distribution to our internal discovery teams and our external partners. We work in a high tech & highly automated laboratory.

**Your role**
- Preparation of chemical samples in the powder or solution form.Weighing of powders and solubilization of chemical compounds (manual and robotic)Handling our automated platforms: Beckman Biomek I5 & I7 liquid handling robots, HighRes Prime, Zinsser, RTS Tube Auditor, etc.
- Compound plate preparation in 96, 384 or 1536 well format
- Inventory management using MOSAIC software
- Unpacking of packages
- International shipping (IATA documents and packaging)

Learning the above processes will be done internally by the team.

**Who are you?**
- Bachelor's degree or BTS (chemistry/biology profile)
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English & French
- Technical competences: at ease with use of automated systems
- Knowledge of the Windows environment (Explorer, directories, files)
- Use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
