Labor Management Specialist

We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia and we're looking for a Labor Management Specialist to work with our valued client in their office in Compans, Paris (on-site position). Our client is a top e-commerce supply chain solution provider.

The labor management specialist is responsible for introducing and managing external labor agency to ensure cost effective and high-quality labor supply supporting the smooth operation of France COE business. He/she is also responsible for managing the labor cost and efficiency of workers by building up relevant processes and procedures and management mechanisms.

**Responsibilities**:
a) Conduct research in the local market to identify and expand the external labor agency resource pool to drive for higher labor quality & lower labor cost; collaborate with the procurement team on the contract negotiation and signing

b) Build up scorecard and evaluation process to assess the performance of external labor agencies and reward/punish accordingly

c) Conduct labor cost analysis and identify and capitalize on cost saving opportunities by managing the on-line attendance of workers and monitoring/elevating their productivity

d) Respond to the request from business and liaison with external labor agencies to ensure sufficient supply

e) Work on the billing process of labor and liaison with external labor agencies to ensure accurate and timely payment

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment, experience of managing external labor agencies preferably in the logistics industry

2. Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required as well as tech understanding of other platforms.

3. Strong data analytic skills

4. Strong communication and collaboration capability

5. Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands.

6. The ability to work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges. This position must function in this environment on a daily basis and react quickly to meet pressing needs.

7. Must be analytical, have strong initiative and the ability to work independently with mínimal direction/supervision.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

9. Bilingual written/speaking is desirable (English/French proficient as work language).
