**Location : Paris (Le Vinci) or Lyon (Ampacity)**

**Supervisor : Intellectual Property Director**

**Contract duration : 1 year**

**Context**
- Intellectual Property at Nexans deals with:
- 350 trademark families (each extended abroad)
- Hundreds of domain names
- Intellectual Property workload at Nexans is held by the Intellectual Property Director ( Strategy, day-to-day practice, administrative tasks)**Purpose**
- Support Nexans technical inventors and marketing managers (community of 100 persons in France and around the world)- Help with external intellectual Property providers**Missions**
- Patent incentives review once every 3 months
- Trademarks follow-up between Nexans marketing managers and dedicated IP external firm

**Expected results**
- The Apprentice will learn on site how to handle IP within a big Entity.- He/She will have Intellectual property rights overview (Patents, Trademarks, Domain names, even IP clauses within contracts)**Position sizing**
- Student in final year of Masters
- You are serious and motivated
