Job Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate business communication between the project manager and the on-site security team to ensure that safety regulations can be implemented in a timely and accurate manner;
- Supervise the work of the security team, including the implementation of standard operating procedures, and provide feedback to the project manager about on-site conditions;
- Assist in the optimization and improvement of SOP processes for the security team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in IT and management is preferred;
- Experience in administrative management is preferred;
- Have good interpersonal communication skills, be able to deal with emergencies, and have a strong ability to work under pressure;
- Driver's license is preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office components (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Proficiency in French and Chinese/English in order to communicate with on-site operation team.

1. 负责支持、协调项目主管与安保团队的业务交流，确保安全规定能够及时、准确地传达并执行；
2. 监督安保团队的工作情况，监督标准操作程序（SOP）的执行，并将现场情况反馈给项目主管；
3. 协助推进安保团队SOP和SOC流程的优化和完善。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，IT、管理类专业优先；
2. 有行政管理经验者优先；
3. 具备良好的人际沟通能力，能应对突发情况，具备较强的抗压能力；
4. 有车、驾照者优先；
5. 熟练操作微软办公组件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）；
6. 法語流利；並具备流利程度的中文或英文
Pay: From 3,200.00€ per month
