At Sinch, we’re a global communications platform that helps businesses engage with customers through voice, messaging, and video. As an integral part of our dynamic team, we are excited to offer an internship opportunity for a Sales Data Analyst. This internship is designed for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience with CRM, leveraging data construction and analysis to support key accounts growth within a fast-paced sales environment.
Your role will involve using data to support our sales and marketing teams and identify opportunities for growth. You will work closely with various teams and have the chance to contribute valuable ideas that impact our business strategies.
**Skills you will need to succeed in your role**:

- Technical Skills: ease in navigating CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot. Skilled in extracting, filtering, and organizing data from these systems into excel.
- Business Acumen: quick to learn and grasp our sales processes, industry trends, with a knack for sourcing valuable information about our clients to enhance sales segmentation.
- Interpersonal Skills: Adept at engaging with cross-functional team members to gather information. Able foster collaboration with remote teams spread across the globe.

**Requirements**:
**Missions**:

- Work on data extracted from CRM to rectify, complete and update database.
- Capture ideas from CSM and marketing teams to optimize account information in CRM.
- Be part of the construction of marketing campaigns by extracting and creating relevant datasets.
- Collaborate with data team to build reports and dashboards to support marketing/ sales activities.

**Required qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Based in Paris or Bordeaux in order commute to SInch offices there.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both verbal and written.
