**What You'll Do**

In this role, you will report to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead based in the U.S. and collaborate closely with regional HR Business Partners and headquarters teams to ensure a seamless, scalable recruitment process worldwide.

**What You'll Be Working On**
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, UK, and APAC for roles in Marketing, Creative, Sales, Operations, and more.
- Partner with People Business Partners and regional leadership to understand business needs and translate them into forward-looking hiring strategies.
- Proactively source, assess, and engage high-caliber talent, ensuring a warm, inclusive, and human-centered experience at every stage.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with international hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on talent decisions.
- Design and execute localized sourcing strategies using global platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and region-specific job boards and networks.
- Share recruiting metrics and data-driven insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of recruiting systems, including Greenhouse and interview scheduling tools.
- Contribute to global TA initiatives and special projects aimed at enhancing the recruiting experience and scalability.

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field-or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in international markets, with at least 2 years in a full-cycle recruiter role.
- Experience hiring across corporate functions; beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry experience is a strong plus.
- Proven success managing niche and hard-to-fill roles with professionalism, urgency, and discretion.
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and scheduling tools.
- Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across time zones and cultures.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the region for hiring events, onboarding, or team meetings.

Salary Range

$70,000-$80,000 USD
