Manitowoc Crane Group, fabricant de grues et acteur sur le marché mondial, recherche un(e) **Project Manager NPD (New Product Development) **pour son siège social basé à Dardilly.

Rattaché(e) au Directeur Projets NPD, sa mission principale est de piloter des projets de développement de nouveaux produits grue à tour dans le respect de nos procédures.

**Missions**:
Diriger et animer une équipe pluridisciplinaire dédiée et focalisée sur l’atteinte des objectifs performance, coût, délai et fiabilité du produit.

Cadrer et définir le projet avec la direction du marketing produit: besoins, objectifs, planification, budget et gestion des risques.

Participer à l’élaboration de la faisabilité, des solutions techniques, piloter la résolution des problèmes.

Elaborer avec les directions achats et industrielle les stratégies « make or buy » et assurer l’adéquation du couple produit/process

Encadrer la formation technique et commercial afin de sécuriser le lancement produit.

Reporter fréquemment au comité de pilotage et assurer la communication interne du projet.

Animer le projet sur les sites de développement, sur les terrains d’essais et en usine.

Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus de développement et associés (réf article, fiabilité, validationetc)

**Profil recherché**:
Ingénieur en mécanique ou électromécanique avec 5 ans d’expérience de développement produit et ou de chef de projet.

Large connaissance technique, à l’aise dans la résolution de problème.

Bonnes capacités de communication, de leadership et de négociation.

Capacité relationnelle et rigeur.

La certification PMP est un plus.

Anglais impératif, l’allemand est un plus.
