Company Description

En tant que Product Data Analyst au sein d’une équipe composée de 10 personnes, vous facilitez la prise de décision des équipes avec lesquelles vous travaillez. Comment ? Les données que vous analysez représentent une des voix de nos utilisatrices-eurs, votre rôle est de les comprendre afin de proposer des recommandations pertinentes pour accroître la valeur que leboncoin peut leur apporter.

**Ce que vous allez faire (entre autres)**:
Fournir des analyses pour permettre une prise de décision plus efficace au sein des équipes Produit grâce aux data
Réaliser des études exploratoires pour accroître la connaissance de nos utilisatrices-eurs et comprendre comment mieux les servir.
Accompagner et conseiller les équipes leboncoin (Produit, Communication, CRM, Pub...) sur les KPIs à privilégier et assurer un suivi tout au long des projets
Assurer la collecte de la donnée front (traduire les KPIs choisis en plan de marquage) et la qualité des données des périmètres suivis
Prendre du recul et être force de proposition pour améliorer votre manière de travailler ainsi que celle de l’équipe
Contribuer à diffuser la culture data au sein de l’entreprise et notamment rendre le plus autonome possible les équipes Produit
