As the Director of Product Management for Expense, you will need to build and lead the product team in charge of the development and the implementation of an integrated expense tool within our booking platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define the product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery to market. You have a strategic attitude and should be proficient in strategic business models and approaches.
What you'll be doing:
- Own the global strategy for the Egencia expense product through a deep understanding of our customer and internal needs in the Americas, EMEA and APAC.
- Set the product direction for a fast-paced agile team, working closely with the team to ensure successful launch of new products.
- Build and manage a team of Product Managers organized in our various dev centres.
- Work closely with global marketing leaders to fully integrate your product initiatives within our marketing strategy, including our products, services, and marketing communications.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or travel technology.
- Hands-on experience working in FinTech is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and empower cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to articulate a vision and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA a plus.
- Previous experience managing product teams is highly desirable.
