Your next challenge

Join Pluxee as part of the Global Talent Acquisition Hub & Spoke, an international team reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Director based in Paris Lead E2E recruiting processes for multiple countries for mainly IT/data, Digital Marketing, Finance, Sales and C level positions. This role can be based in any European Pluxee office. (Madrid, Paris, Prague )

Your responsibilities:

- Manage an end to end TA process providing added value throughout the selection process
- Build up internal and external market intelligence.
- Optimize and feed our sourcing and recruiting methodology.
- Manage and advise hiring managers, acting as a clearly identified and trusted business partner
- Support & contribute to our EVP.
- Collaborate and take part in various regional and local HR initiatives and projects (DE&I, Recruiting cookbook, One pagers etc)

You’re a match
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition across various countries mainly on Tech, product and digital roles acquired in company headquarters (global or international exposure, cross country or cross region expertise)
- Knowledge of the French labor market and specificities is a must
- Proficient and experienced on Linkedin and other sourcing channels.
- Experience with Workday or another ATS.
- Bilingual in English and French is a must, any other European language would be an asset
- Strong sense of curiosity and a natural capacity to step outside of your comfort zone, able to work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills, acting as a true ambassador for the Talent Acquisition and HR organization
- Enjoy working with different nationalities and cultures
- Able to drive and maintain effective stakeholder management and relationship building at a senior level across countries and different management levels
