At BYREDO we come as we are, with the intention to learn from each other and go beyond business objectives. **ABOUT THE JOB** We are looking for a **Point of Sales & Visuel Merchandising Project Manager** who will be part of our Commercial Department. Reporting to our International Director, you will coordinate all store opening and renovation projects as well as visual merchandising projects (pop-ups, window displays, special projects and merchandising for our stores). You will be the key contact for our store planners/VM teams based in Stockholm and will be involved in all our international projects. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **POINT OF SALES PROJECT** Managing projects for the opening and renovation of shops and retail outlets: - Understanding of the commercial issues of the space and translation into a brief for the Studio - Follow-up of the project (design validations by the client, samples, productions, deliveries, installations, adjustments...) in relation with the store design teams, clients and suppliers - Ensure the project is completed within a defined time frame and budget - Pop-up projects: support the markets in the implementation of podiums or pop-ups for our key launches, from the initial brief to installation - Collect and analyse data on the main performance indicators of our various installations (costs per type of project, costs per m², etc.) - Monthly monitoring of project invoices and consolidation of CAPEX envelopes. **VISUAL MERCHANDISING - Supporting our clients (flagships, independents and distributors) in the major launches of the marketing plan (merchandising guides, lightboxes, highlights, etc.) - Ensure compliance with our product presentation guidelines at all points of sale. - This is a non-exhaustive list._ **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN OUR NEXT TEAM MEMBER - You are sensitive to design and merchandising and are able to make proposals. - Your interpersonal skills, your persuasiveness and your rigour will enable you to successfully accomplish your missions. - You are dynamic, curious, adaptable and enthusiastic.
