Frontend Software Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement interactive and dynamic features to enhance the usability and functionality of our services.
- Work closely with backend engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Translate complex technical requirements and blockchain concepts into clear and intuitive user interfaces.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of frontend systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot frontend performance issues and bugs, implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and accessibility guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in frontend development and blockchain technology.
- Advocate for and implement improvements in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with the team to monitor system status and participate in incident management processes to swiftly resolve issues related to frontend performance and reliability.
- Contribute to the documentation and post-incident analysis to prevent future occurrences.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Experience working with blockchain technologies and understanding of blockchain protocols is highly desirable.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JS/TS, Node.js ecosystem and build tools.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Experience with state management libraries and API integration.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Understanding of staking mechanisms, consensus algorithms, and blockchain security practices.
- Experience with server-side rendering frameworks and modern API technologies.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies and cloud platforms.
- Strong sense of design and user experience principles.
- Experience working closely with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-centric interfaces.
