Accounting Supervisor

We’re looking for an Accounting Supervisor to bring their expertise to the business in France.

What you’ll do:
- Be the primary point of contact, providing direction and guidance for non-standard transactions.- Coordinate tax audit requirements in consultation with relevant Regional Tax Managers.- Completion of statutory accounts and coordination of Aggreko’s review processes.- Oversight of indirect tax return compilation.- Act as the key contact for internal and external audits.- Liaise with the Group Treasury to provide accurate cash forecasts and ensure adequate fund availability.- Responsible for the regional banking relationships and bank account administration.- Intercompany oversight, issue resolution, compliance, and coordination of dispute management.- Develop and promote new, best in class, Record to Report processes.- Drive new ways of working within the business.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in a similar finance role within a global business environment.- Extensive knowledge of Record to Report processes and controls.- Strong analytic skills and experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.- Practical experience working with electronic management systems and process management software.- Ability to identify issues and problem solve.- Flexible and willing to work as part of a team to cultivate change and process improvements.- Previous experience working with an outsource provider would be beneficial.
