**Job description**

As an IT Business Partner, you will join an international and multidisciplinary team in charge of defining and monitoring information system transformation roadmaps within a consulting firm.

You will be responsible for:

- Aligning the IT project portfolio with the business strategy (PPM management)
- Build and run budgets for business projects
- The pre-project phase (construction of a business case to support the opportunity of the project before the validation bodies)
- Design, coordination and execution of experiments (POC) in support of our projects
- To the elaboration of functional architecture studies
- The management of the functional qualification of solutions to ensure that they correspond to the expressed needs
- Change management activities (development of training elements, modification of processes), measuring and postponing the adoption of solutions, identifying gaps and proposing remedial actions
- Impacts of the actions undertaken, particularly on the business activity
- Master's Degree in IT or Management
- Good IT culture and good knowledge of AGILE methodologies
- Enthusiastic, you know and like working with an international team
- Fluent in English and French
- Interpersonal skills as well as a good ability to convince, you have a sense of customer service
