**Location**:
The position is based in **France**.

**What will be your role**:

- As a Product Design apprentice, you’ll support one of our Senior Product Designer within the Lead Management Stack team. Together, you’ll help build and scale PayFit’s website and marketing pages to drive our growth ambitions.
- Your mission will be to contribute to designing user-friendly, impactful web pages that meet both user needs and business goals. You’ll learn to balance creativity with data-driven decisions while collaborating closely with experienced designers, engineers, marketers, and product managers.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Help prepare and deliver design assets, mockups, and prototypes to support new features and updates.
- Collaborate with the Senior Product Designer to gather and organize user insights, research findings, and competitor benchmarks.
- Participate in design critiques and team rituals, learning to present and justify your design ideas.
- Help update content in **CMS tools** (e.g., Hubspot, DatoCMS) when needed.
- Keep up with web design trends and best practices, sharing inspiration with the team.

**Your Growth Journey**:

- Direct mentorship from a senior Product designer and a Design Manager
- Regular feedback sessions with senior designers

- Hands-on experience with both product design and design systems

**This role is perfect for you if**:

- You’re studying **Product Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design**, or a related field.
- You have an up-to-date portfolio showcasing UX/UI work
- You’re curious and eager to learn how to turn complex ideas into clear, usable web pages
- You're proficient in Figma
- You’re interested in **web design**, design systems, and how marketing pages drive business impact.
- You have a strong attention to detail
- You're a great communicator who thrives in collaborative environments
- You're comfortable with English as a working language
- You're at ease with remote work and video conferencing

2. Presenting one of your projects to Damien, Design Manager, & Justin, Senior Product designer - **45min**

3. Interview with one of the team members - **30min**
