Poste basé à Avignon reportant Category Manager Stratégique, le/la Category Manager Analyst, par ses missions, contribue à l’atteinte des objectifs de croissance de la société McCormick.
**PRINCIPALES MISSIONS**: Analyse les performances panels distributeurs, consommateurs de nos circuits et clients et participe à l’écriture de la stratégie à 3 ans de la catégorie Poivres Herbes Epices Mélanges en support du Category Manager Stratégique Met en place et communique les outils de pilotage de nos initiatives sur la gestion des assortiments et de la promotion Coordonne la mise en marché de nos assortiments (NPD et optimisation), de la promotion Elabore avec le Category Manager Stratégique les plans d’actions et initiatives de croissance pour notre catégorie et la marque Ducros
**PROFIL SOUHAITE**: Ecole de commerce ou équivalent, avec première expérience réussie en Category Management, Force de Vente ou Marketing Forte capacité d'analyse et de synthèse de chiffres et d'informations Bonne communication orale et écrite, en français comme en anglais. Bonne connaissance de la culture en magasin, Sens du client Capacités à convaincre et à atteindre ses objectifs Résistance à la pression, rigueur Maîtrise des panels Distributeur et Consommateur, du pack office.
