Nous recherchons pour notre client, leader international industriel un(e) CFO (H/F). Le poste est basé à Marseille.
Rattaché(e) au CEO, vous agissez en tant que véritable business partner,
et vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:
- Piloter la performance financière : optimisation de la profitabilité et du Cash
management en support des décisions stratégiques ;
- Conduire et adapter les méthodes de gestion de la performance (KPI’s, objectifs, mesures correctives) ;
- Assurer le reporting, produire et analyser le budget et les forecasts ;
- Optimiser la performance des investissements par projets : contrôle et analyse des CAPEX et des coûts en fonction des orientations stratégiques ;
- Manager les filiales d'un point de vue financier et opérationnel ;
- Participer à la transformation de la fonction finance et coordonner l'amélioration des outils et des process ;
- Etre le garant de la conformité des normes comptables groupe et des procédures internes ;
- Manager une équipe finance, comptabilité et contrôle de gestion.
De formation supérieure en finance de type école de commerce ou d’ingénieur, vous disposez d’une expérience de 15 ans environ sur des fonctions de CFO / Contrôle Financier.
Rigoureux, vous maitrisez les aspects analytiques, comptables, financiers, tax et légal.
Manager et leader, vous disposez de solides capacités de communication et vous savez mobiliser vos équipes dans un contexte interculturel.
Proactif et énergique, acteur du changement, vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement complexe et international. Anglais courant
