Notre bureau de Paris recherche un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) pour une courte durée d'environ un mois. Ce poste peut être occupé à temps plein ou à temps partiel.
Quelles sont les responsabilités de l'assistant(e) administratif(ve) ?
En tant qu'assistant(e) administratif(ve), vous fournirez une assistance générale au bureau, notamment en répondant aux appels entrants, en accueillant nos visiteurs et en effectuant des tâches administratives générales.
Quelles sont les activités courantes d'un(e) assistant(e) administratif(ve) ?
- Rôle de réceptionniste pour le bureau : répondre aux appels et accueillir les visiteurs sur place.
- Gérer les réservations de salles de réunion pour le bureau et la disponibilité de bureaux pour les visiteurs.
- Coordonner les commandes ponctuelles de repas ou d'équipements informatiques.
- Assister les collègues de l’équipe logistique, en assurant la liaison avec le gestionnaire du bâtiment et les différents entrepreneurs pour résoudre les problèmes éventuels.
- S’assurer de la disponibilité de matériel et fournitures de bureau, y compris les badges d’accès des employés, la papeterie et les fournitures de cuisine.
- Assister dans les tâches administratives générales telles que la commande de fournitures, la tenue de dossiers, la réservation de voyages, l'assistance aux événements marketing et la facturation.
Quelles sont les qualifications, les compétences et l'expérience requises pour ce rôle ?
- Expérience préalable dans l'administration générale d'un bureau
- Expérience dans un rôle en contact avec la clientèle
- Expérience de l'utilisation de MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement en français et en anglais afin de maintenir de bonnes relations de travail
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante ou avec un minimum de supervision
- Sens aigu de l'organisation et capacité à établir des priorités et à respecter des délais serrés.
