**Missions principales**:
**Exploitation & administration SAP (SAP BC)**:
? Supervision quotidienne via VTOM (obligatoire)
? MCO et administration des systèmes SAP (ECC, BW, PI/PO,FIORI, Solman, Redwood BPA)
? Gestion des transports, suivi des incidents techniques
? Gestion des utilisateurs SAP et autorisations (CUA, rôles DSI et métiers)
? Support SAP Marketplace (incidents, licences, clés)
? Sécurisation des systèmes SAP et environnements satellites
? Configuration SSL (Webdispatcher, Java, IIS, Tomcat, etc.)
**? Intégration du SSO**: o Kerberos (SNC/SPNEGO) o SAML (ADFS)
? Gestion des accès
? Suivi des revues d?accès SAP et accompagnement des audits Profil
**? Maitrise des activités SAP BC (Basis)**: installation, upgrade, tuning, monitoring
? Pratique obligatoire de VTOM
? Bonne connaissance des composants SAP ECC, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager
? Compétence en gestion des autorisations, CUA, IAM
**? Systèmes**: Windows/Linux, IIS, Tomcat
**? Sécurité**: SSL, SNC, SSO (Kerberos, SAML/ADFS)
**Compétences sectorielles**:
? Expérience impérative dans un environnement retail / distribution
? Connaissance des contraintes métiers (pics d?activité, omnicanal, ERP logistique/finance)
**Qualités attendues**:
? Esprit analytique, rigueur, autonomie
? Bonne communication et capacité à vulgariser les sujets techniques
? Sens du service et de l'engagement
? Capacité à travailler dans des environnements hybrides projets / run
