About the job:
Our mission as a SOC & CSIRT Team is to ensure that our infrastructure and the one from our client is safe. You will participate in the design of our global security architecture and also train and raise awareness about security in our company.
- As a Security Engineer you will raise and monitor major security events, designing and building a Security Operation Center including security tools like SIEM, EDR, SOAR, UEBA and their integration into various response and action platforms. As we are quickly scaling our company, we need to adapt our security architecture: you will be responsible for implementing all our SOC and CSIRT roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SIEM / EDR / SOAR / UEBA implementation and operation
- Understand baseline security requirements and platform hardening principles.
- Have an excellent analytical mindset for problem-solving under stress and time pressure.
- Have good knowledge and experience with Unix/Linux operating systems administration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have 2-4 years of practical experience with IT Security products and services, ideally related to SIEM.
- Security certifications (CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, etc.)
- Experience with common attack patterns and exploitation techniques.
Responsibilities:
As a security operations engineer, you will contribute to the monitoring of our network and our system, helping for the implementation of new protection methods.
- This position is based in our offices in Paris or Lille (France), partial remote is possible
