As a
**Talent Acquisition Assistant,** you will join a team of 20+ led by Aurélien, our Head of Talent Acquisition.

You will closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers. Your mission will be to support the Talent Acquisition team by working on several Talent Acquisition projects and coordinating all interview processes, as well as hiring our intern profiles. You will play a key role in the success of the team.

**As a Talent Acquisition Assistant Intern at Qonto, you will**
- **Make the process more efficient** by identifying pain points and thinking about potential improvements
- **Support our Talent Acquisition strategy** by helping on several continuous improvement projects (e.g. campus management, perk and salary benchmarks, employer branding, tools improvements, etc)
- **Hire the right talent for our internships**:You will identify potential talents through CVs and sourcing, in order to hire our future interns

**About You**
- **Organisational skills**: You are hands-on and able to multitask and prioritize your daily workload with autonomy
- **Problem solver**: Nothing can stop you
- **Communication skills**: You have an impactful presentation style: you will represent Qonto, and you have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
- **Languages**: You speak both French and English
- **Education**: You have a French Master's or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management or in a relevant field, and are looking for your end of study internship
