**Start** **ASAP** **Duration** **> 12 months** emagine is looking for a Digital Project Manager (E-commerce/AI/Chatbot). Location : Paris - 4 days remotely, 1 day on site Start Date : March 2025 Duration : 1 year minimum **Context** Part of the Digital & Marketing department, you will be integrated within chat and voice-of-the-customer (VoC) product line. **In a first phase / P1 > Chat** The chat project, initiated in mid-2024, consists in deploying a first version / MVP of a chatbot on the websites of the Group’s countries or brands. So far, the chatbot is deployed on 8 e-commerce websites. Missions: Deploy the MVP on the remaining websites (3-5). Run - Follow up on a regular basis with countries/brands where the MVP is already deployed.- Prepare and present reports.- Analyze data and develop recommendations based on analyses.- Follow up on ongoing projects. Deploy a pilot chatbot on the mobile app and scale up the deployment once successful. Assist in defining new chatbot use cases and help conduct related activities (estimation, technical analysis, etc.) Participate and contribute to project rituals. **In a second phase / P2 > VoC** Group’s VoC program, launched in 2021, is at pivotal moment: - The governance with the country needs to be rethought (country quarterly meetings, bi-annual VoC community meetings).- Existing solution must be challenged (potential launch of an RFP in H2). Missions: Assist our countries in implementing their projects (new surveys). Participate & contribute to the preparation of country quarterly meetings and VoC Champions meetings: - Prepare and present reports and presentations.- Analyze market data, industry trends and develop recommendations based on analyses. Participate & contribute to the preparation of a RFP for voice-of-the-customer solution and help conduct the RFP. **Required Skills**: - Experienced in implementing and deploying digital solutions / conducting digital solution deployment projects.- Proficiency in English required, both orally and in writing.- Interest in Digital & AI.
