As Sephora Collection Manager of social media, you will be in charge of our different accounts, and you will have to deploy the most relevant strategy according to each platform’s specificities. Social media platforms are no secret to you, you operate them on a daily basis. You handle owned, earned & paid strategy for our brand, being obsessed with brand elevation, innovation, and business performance. You know how to think global, local and glocal. **You will excel and flourish in this position if you are prepared to......** 1/ Social Media Management - According to our brand positioning, define our editorial calendar taking into account our launches, business priorities, trends, - Mirror business opportunities & risks by optimizing, all year long, our editorial line - Grow our communities globally: build an action plan to recruit and engage - Think of new partnerships to improve our brand awareness - Make TikTok a priority and develop our brand on this specific channel 2/ Content creation - Define the brand’s social media asset needs for all animations - Develop engaging, innovative, and fun content, yet adapted to algorithms evolutions (in house content and agency) - Collaborate with the key partners to identify out-of-the-box social media tools and experiences, to offer a differentiated experience VS competitor, always having in mind to serve an omnichannel customer path and to drive innovation - Work hand in hand with the influencer manager. Have a clear vision of the role that influence should play within your social media overall strategy - Strong & active follow-up on trends, you will know everything about the last trendy #, makeup hack or skincare ingredient 3/ Paid social media - Oversee paid social media campaigns, execution & budget to drive social media channel growth, to increase our awareness in main markets and to boost engagement - Recommend countries the formats and assets to use on their paid social media campaigns to push the brand 4/ Global position - Co-build our 360 toolboxes shared with countries for each product launch by providing countries with clear activation guidelines for their own social local accounts. Guidelines to be adapted to each product specificity and creative concept - Follow-up our share of voice MoM - Optimize our ways of working with regions to guarantee great brand visibility 5/ Business analysis - Define the KPIs to monitor & targets to achieve build reporting to follow-up our performance and to share it with top management - Benchmark of competitors activities and their best practices - Based on those analysis and on those insights, adjust & optimize our social media strategy In this role you will work closely with different teams (marketing, digital, creative, catman ). You will manage 2 persons - An algorithm freak.
